Neanche l’altisonanza del nome di un’artista riconosciuta internazionalmente come Alexia riesce a risollevare le sorti della nostra nazione nel The Countdown Song Contest. “Star” si piazza a 10 gradini dal fondo della classifica e non c’è neanche tanto da meravigliarsi, a giudicare dal pezzo rock strumentale che ha vinto l’edizione di Novembre. Noi infatti siamo esattamente agli antipodi, sia a livello  musicale che di piazzamento. E’ segno che qualcosa sta cambiando nel modo di giudicare delle giurie, e che ci sia urgente bisogno di un’inversione di rotta nella selezione dei brani da proporre. Ma da Gennaio tutto cambierà…
